White & Red Christmas Elf Decoration

Super cute Christmas Elf with bendable arms and legs.
Made with a wire frame this adorable little elf will add a touch of magic

She wears a white tulle tutu skirt, white & red striped tights, red boots a white felt cape and a red
knitted Santa hat.
She is also wearing green gloves and is holding red jingle bells.
She has short blonde hair and her face is hand embroidered.
